What is Bona Fide Fitness?

With constantly varied, high-intensity functional movements, BFFit uses the roots of the CrossFit philosophy to coach people of all shapes and sizes to improve their physical well-being and cardiovascular fitness in an accepting and encouraging environment.  At Bona Fide Fitness we specialize at not specializing, that is we want to be well rounded athletes.  In our classes you will see things like running, rowing, biking, gymnastics, yoga, powerlifting, Olympic lifting and anything in between.  


Is BFFit for you?

​Short answer....YES!  Our training is designed to be universally scalable.  The program can be tailored to fit any athlete. Regardless of age or athletic ability or whether you are just starting or have been training for years, our classes will challenge you in a safe effective way.
